How to enable the ground fault on the D9412G and the D7412G – Keenfinity Support Center

Look on the left side of the panel for the Ground Fault detect latch pin. This pin looks like half of a safety pin. It should be in the latched position. After ensureing the ground fault is in the latched position, enable ground fault detection in the panel program.

Go to the MAIN part of the program,
Go to RELAY PARAMETERS
Go to AREA WIDE RELAY
Go to SILENT ALARM. Put anything but a zero in this location to enable ground fault detection.
