How to reset a lost IPMI password of DIP 6000 AIO?

How to configure IPMI, can be found in the Installation Manual in the System setup chapter.

If you forgot the IPMI password, follow the steps below:

If the IPMI default password is lost, a tool called IPMICFG-Win, available from the SuperMicro website, can be used to recover it.

To reset the password:

1. Run the program from Command Prompt in Windows.
2. To check which IPMI users are available, type:IPMICFG-Win.exe -user list
3. Then reset the password. In the example, user with user ID 2 has their password reset to ‘Admin123’:IPMICFG-Win.exe -user setpwd 2 Admin123
